SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (30 business days): The shipping rate is dependent on the weight of goods purchased
- Express Shipping (21 business days): The shipping rate is dependent on the weight of goods purchased
- Free Shipping: Available on orders below $10
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. You can track your package using the tracking link provided.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship to 9 regional international. International customers may be responsible for customs duties and taxes.
Customs, Duties & Taxes Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and included in your total. You will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.
Damages If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@buysmartemporium.com within 48 hours with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
